  • You must be over the age of 18 to book an event.

  • We use a lockbox system. On the day of your event, the person who booked will receive a code to use on the lockbox for entry and exit.

  • The Bluetooth speaker installed is provided as an amenity. Please ensure before your event that you are satisfied with the volume capabilities of the speaker. If not, you will have to provide your speaker or hire a DJ for your event.

  • Recurring and long-term rental options at discounted rates are available.

  • Events must conclude by midnight, and extensions beyond this time are subject to approval.

  • No illegal or obscene activities and/or behaviors are allowed.

  • We reserve the right not to book or host an event. We also reserve the right to cancel an event, based on circumstances at the owner's discretion.

  • Rescheduling accommodations are based on calendar availability and at the owner's discretion.

  • All rates, pricing, promotions, discounts, and availability are subject to change.

What is the maximum capacity of the event space?

Our venue can accommodate up to 40 guests seated 60 guests standing comfortably.

Can we bring in our own vendors? (caterers, decorators, etc.)
What amenities are included with the rental of the event space?

We have preferred vendors that we work with regularly and can recommend. However, you are welcome to bring in your own vendors if you have specific preferences or arrangements you'd like to make.

Our event space includes tables, chairs, microphones, Wi-Fi, a bar area, Bluetooth speaker, fridge, microwave, and on-site parking. No cooking on site.

Do you provide alcohol?

No. The person hosting the event is responsible for purchasing the alcohol at the SAQ and acquiring a permit from the Régie de alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ).

Is the on-site parking complimentary or at an additional cost?

Our parking facilities are available to guests at no additional cost. However, parking availability may vary depending on the size of your event and other factors.

Is the event space wheelchair accessible and are there facilities for guests with disabilities?

Yes, our event space is wheelchair accessible, and the main entrance is designed to accommodate guests with disabilities.

Are there limitations regarding decorations or setup?

We have some guidelines which include but are not limited to no glitter, confetti, open flames, or onsite cooking. Avoid using nails, screws, or penetrating items on walls or floors. For further details, refer to the venue contract.

What is your reservation fee?

To secure your event date, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the rental amount.

Do i need to make a security deposit?

A 300.00$ incidental deposit is required with the final payment, at least 5 days before your event. This deposit will be refunded within 1-3 business days after your event, following a successful inspection.

E-transfer. We do not accept cash or cheques.
